Vital is looking for an organized and energetic associate who is eager to jump in and learn all the ins and outs of working at a fun, fast-paced creative and digital marketing agency.

As an associate, you will be training for one year to transition into one of Vital’s Coordinators (or as we call them, our “Jack of All Trades”), who serve a critical role to the entire Vital team. Our associates work directly with coordinators, account managers, and project managers to complete projects that will help our clients meet their goals. This could be anything from:

  • Distributing blog posts
  • Tracking client website performance
  • Increasing the number of external links to a client’s website
  • Populating  pages and posting content
  • Website QA
  • Building pages via the WordPress block editor

While the account managers and strategists help lay out high-level strategies to help clients succeed, you’ll be the person executing and reporting on those strategies, as well as working to help meet project deadlines on a daily and monthly basis. Get ready to dive into the fast-paced world of agency life!

Reviews will be conducted after 3 and 6 months to ensure the associate’s performance is on track.
