Vital is proud to welcome Inbound Marketing Consultant Anarita Droukas, Senior Designer Donny Wilson and Senior Web Developer Tyler Shingleton to our growing digital marketing agency.
Hiring the trio of talented young professionals means the addition of even more experience and expertise to the already robust Inbound Marketing, Website Design and Web Development departments based in our Portsmouth, NH and Boston, MA locations.
Anarita Droukas – Inbound Marketing Consultant
Anarita began her marketing career years ago as an intern at Vital. She officially joined Vital as an Inbound Marketing Consultant this past September after cutting her teeth at other agencies, as well as on the client side.
“I realized that I really missed agency life, and that is where I belong,” she said. “I missed a lot about agency life but the thing the client side was lacking the most is the importance and need for learning. I love that when you work in an agency you have to stay on top of the current trends and changes, you need to constantly be learning the latest thing and growing your skill set.”
Anarita’s educational background includes not only a bachelor’s degree in photography from Northeastern, but also a Master of Fine Arts degree in photography from the Art Institute of Boston.
A proud downtown resident for the past eight years, Anarita says she is absolutely in love with Portsmouth, not to mention her shaggy dog that looks like a muppet. She loves the outdoors, and can often be found on the weekend doing something active like hiking, camping, snowboarding etc.
Donny Wilson – Senior Designer
Donny is a New England-based web designer with a passion for front end development. After graduating school in Virginia at Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Donny went straight into the marketing/agency life. From there he found an opportunity to check out product design and moved to Boston to work at a startup.
“After finding my way back to agency life I now ask myself: how could I have ever left?” he said.
When not at work, Donny can be found playing guitar, drinking some sort of IPA (although he’s getting more into sours), getting down on rocket league or doing some front end stuff. He also enjoys eating delicious food and attempting to ballroom dance.
Tyler Shingleton – Senior Developer
Recognizing his love for both graphic design and programming, Tyler found creative agencies to be a healthy amalgamation of these two passions. Following his Computer Science studies at Rochester Institute of Technology, he’s worked in the agency world as a full-stack developer since 2006, always seeking answers to the age-old questions: “Can you fix this?” and “Can we make the logo bigger?”
Tyler describes his lifestyle and career approach as minimalist.
“Over the years, I’ve refined my process to the bare essentials,” he said. “My ‘form follows function’ mentality has brought success to many large scale, high profile clients.”
When not at work, Tyler enjoys his time with his son and wife; he spends his screen-free time hiking/foraging, listening to old 45’s, making art and words on paper.
