Vital has landed another inspiring marketing professional to join our flourishing digital marketing department!
Delaney Dameron comes to Vital with a dynamic background in marketing, including experience working in both an agency and in-house setting. Her specialties include eCommerce, social media strategy, content marketing and website development.
Delaney Dameron
An Atlanta native, Delaney attended the University of New Hampshire on a full athletic scholarship for volleyball. She received her degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and a minor in economics. And since she had such a great time on the Seacoast during her college years, she decided to make it her permanent home after graduation!
On top of her schoolwork and volleyball responsibilities as an undergrad, she also took on four internships to gain experience in the fields of franchise marketing, sports marketing, social media management and analytical reporting. She also served as a teacher’s assistant and research assistant, studying big data analytics and text analytics.
After college, Delaney worked as a marketing manager for a consumer goods eCommerce brand and a website development agency. This experience helped her realize her true passions in marketing: data and innovation.
“Digital marketing allows for direct data that can be analyzed and brought back to prove success, or failure, and can drive innovative solutions and ideas that solve complex business problems,” she said. “I especially love using digital marketing to help small businesses and startups gain traction and grow their customer base.”
Delaney’s education and experience are sure to prove useful as she creates structured marketing plans for her clients that are executed on time and on budget. Her background in team athletics will also help her here at Vital as she collaborates with designers, writers, developers and other marketing consultants.
When she’s not working on strategies and lead generation plans for her clients, Delaney spends most of her time café hopping around Portsmouth and working on her yoga teaching certification.
