Kristin Goodrich Joins Vital as Account Manager Extraordinaire!

Kristin Goodrich

We’re incredibly excited to introduce you all to our newest Account Manager, Kristin Goodrich! Kristin joins the Vital team with over six years of agency project management experience, and deep roots in the Boston/Portsmouth area. Combined with her impressive organizational skills and love of creativity and collaboration, her experience made her a natural fit for #TeamVital.

“Kristin beat out an incredible field of Account Manager candidates in earning this position,” said Vital President and Managing Partner Zac Gregg. “Her agency experience in the food and beverage marketing, not to mention her most recent role company-side at one of the world’s largest healthcare enterprises, adds industry depth to our B2B and B2C agency marketing expertise and will help us service these clients even better.”

Settle in with your pomegranate blueberry juice, spiked lime seltzer or grande iced coffee with soy milk and get to know Kristin (spoiler: you just got to know her a little bit already, as those are three of her fave beverages)!

Kristin was born and raised in a small town 20 minutes north of Boston, Massachusetts. She attended college less than an hour away from Portsmouth in Manchester’s Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), graduating with B.A in Advertising.

Her first real gig after college was at a small agency, Stackpole & Partners, in Newburyport, MA, learning the ropes as an Account Coordinator. Soon an opportunity came along to move out of her friendly little New England bubble and explore the big city of Chicago. Naturally, she jumped at the chance — and this is where her career really grew. She found her niche as an Account Manager for Revelry Agency (formerly Salt Communications) working with some big food and beverage brands, overseeing website design and development projects for B2B and consumer clients, and enjoying the delicious perks along the way.

After six years in this role, Kristin and her then fiancé decided it was time to head back home to New England and settle down, with their eye on Portsmouth. While they ended up making a home in Merrimac, MA, Kristin made it her goal to at least work in Portsmouth. Her most recent role was client-side on the internal marketing team at Philips Healthcare in Andover, MA, but ultimately she landed her dream job right here at Vital. Kristin has her Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy, and is working on her Google Analytics Certification.

When Kristin’s not busy obsessively organizing both her work and life, she is working on her new fixer-upper home, often referred to as “the farm” due to the four acres on which it sits. Her Great Dane puppy, Bogey, also keeps her busy by chasing her and her husband as they mow the lawn. In the summer, she enjoys floating in Pawtuckaway Lake with beverages and her husband. In the winter you can find her on skis, hitting the slopes in NH and ME, when snow conditions allow.

“I’m ecstatic to be part of the Vital team.” Kristin said. “Culture has always been important to me and I’m glad to have found the perfect agency to settle into and grow along with.”

We’re glad we found you, too, Kristin! You can find Kristin on Twitter at @KjD1083 — join us in welcoming her to the team!
